Analyzer Report Export Setup

Export Setup allows the administrator to create an automated process for emailing analytics reports that run on a recurring basis. Any report can be run automatically and emailed based on a wide number of calendar ranges such as day of the week, end of the month, etc. This feature allows defined reports to be produced on a regular basis. For example, a marketing manager may want a weekly report of visits to a product page to be sent via email. Export Setup has the functionality to deliver any report as a PDF or Excel document attachment.

To create a new export:

  1. Choose Administration > Export Setup.
  2. Right-click on an existing export and select Add New Export:

  1. This will create a new entry at the top of the table. Select a report from the pull-down menu in the “Report” column:

  1. Select PDF or Excel for “Type.”
  2. Select an interval for the “Send Every” column, such as “Every Monday” from the pull-down menu.
  3. Type the email addresses of the desired report recipients into the “Email” field.
  4. Click the plus icon in the right-hand “Actions” column to save your export.
