The script library stores and manages JavaScript for use on page templates.
In the Scripts Library, you can:
For all these tasks ensure you are in the Scripts Library by selecting Manage Site Assets > For Developers > Scripts from the main navigation menus.
Only Site or Content Administrators can manage the Display Libraries.

Title | Name of file in CMS |
Description | Brief explanation of the contents or use of script if not clear from the title |
File Name | Name of physical .js file |
Upload Data | The user who last uploaded or edit the file and the date it was uploaded/edited |
Status | If the file is Active or Archived |
Global | True if the file is applied globally to all pages/page templates. False if not. |
You can change the sequence in which the styles are applied to pages.
To change the sequence order:
You can add new JS files or edit the properties of existing ones, including re-uploading files with the same name.

A Pages Using [JS file] dialog appears, displaying either:
- A list of the pages using the selected file OR
- A message indicating that no pages reference the selected file
Content Manager does not delete an archived file, but makes it unavailable to admin users by moving it to an archived folder.
