Managing Contacts and Contact Lists

iAPPS Marketier allows you to develop and manage contacts for your email marketing.

You can add Marketier contacts by importing from a CSV file, third-party applications or by manually entering them into iAPPS Marketier. Contacts from other iAPPS Modules such as those form Lead Capture or other forms, or Commerce data will be updated in the Marketier Database automatically.

Note that while you can send emails to database contacts who entered through another iAPPS Module, you can edit contact information only for contacts entered in Marketier. Even if a contact entered the database through Marketier, if they subsequently become a contact in iAPPS Commerce or Content Manager, you will then only be able to edit their details in those modules. This is to avoid accidentally overriding customer-entered information such as a change of email.

After adding contacts to your Marketier contacts database, you can then create Contact Lists with any combination of your contacts for targeting marketing emails to specific contacts.

Main Contacts Screen

To work with contacts already in the database, go to main Contacts Screen (Contacts > Manage Contacts).

Search Contacts

To search for an individual contact or contacts in the database in order to work with their file, type keywords into the search box in the upper right of the Contacts screen and press Enter on your keyboard.

Your search result will display the resulting contacts and number of results
