There are three types of users for iAPPS Analyzer:
The Administrator can give limited administrator-level privileges to Analysts and Users on an as-needed basis.
Create Audience Segments | Audience Segments are a way to further filter results data when running analytics reports. The top-level Administrator can create Audience Segments. See Audience Segments for more information. |
Define Watched Events | iAPPS Analyzer can interact with custom analytical data captured through a website application. The top-level administrator can generate the custom JavaScript code that is placed on the website. An administrator can define the types of events (for example, mouse-overs) that can be designated a Watched Event. See Watched Events for more information. |
Manage Client IP Exclusions | Sometimes it is beneficial to exclude certain analytical data from the reporting system, for example, requests that come from within the company’s own domain. The administrator can create ranges of IP address that are ignored from data collection.See "BOT and IP Filtering" |
Change Passwords | The Administrator has complete control of all passwords and can create new passwords or remove user accounts on an as-needed basis. |
