To Edit A User:

1. Highlight a User's name in the list, right-click and choose Edit User.

To Add a New User:

1. Click Add New User in the Manage Commerce Users container.

2. Fill in or edit user information including
   • First Name
   • Last name
   • User Name
   • Password
   • Email
3. Chose whether the User should receive email notifications that go to administrators and choose an expiration date if wished.

4. Add user permissions by selecting a Site (Variant or Multi-Site - (A) in the figure below) and Group (B). Click the right arrow to add the permissions to the Current Permissions list (C). If you want to remove permissions than click the left-facing arrow.

5. Continue adding or removing user permissions for the Commerce user. Users can hold different levels of permission on different multi-sites or variant sites. For example a user may be a Merchandising Manager for one site and only an CSR for another.
6. When you are finished, click Save in the upper right.

 

You can deactivate users without deleting them by right clicking their name and selecting Deactivate User.

To delete an existing Commerce user, right-click and select Delete User.

You need to confirm the deletion.
