While Commerce includes Automatic Features such as Top Sellers, you can also add manual features.

To Add:

1. Right-click a feature name in the Features container and select Add Manual Feature:

To Edit:

1. Right-click a feature name in the Features container and select Edit Feature Details:

Note: The Add Manual Feature must be enabled by your developer in the back-end template for the feature page. See the Commerce Developer Information.

2. Change the name or description as needed.
3. Once you have details, you can add products to the Feature.

To manage feature product appearances:

1. Right-click a feature name on the Features container and select Manage Feature Products.
2. The Manage Feature Products popup shows a list of products included in this feature.

3. You can filter the products by keyword if desired.
4. Right-click to:

• Add a new product to this feature (Manual Features Only)

• Remove a product from the feature

• View product details

On Manual Features, you can change the order of products by selecting “Enable WebSite Display Sorting” in the top right of the container.

• Drag and drop a product to a higher or lower position in the list. This action changes the order of products displayed on the front-end website.

On either type of feature, select “Include Inactive Products” to include inactive products in the list of products on the Features container. Products not currently available for sale can be designated as inactive. If inactive products are included, they will return to the feature set once reactivated.

To deactivate a feature:

1. Right-click a feature name on the Manage Features container and select Make Inactive/Active as needed. Inactive features do not show in the grid, so you will need to ensure the “Include Inactive Features” Checkbox at the top right of the Features tab is checked in order to see the Feature.

Inactive features are no longer available for use but the information remains in the system and can be re-activated.

Note: Because Automatic Feature categories Top Seller and New Products are automatically managed by iAPPS Commerce, products cannot be added to Automatic Features.

You can add a new product to a manually created feature category.

1. Check the box next to the product you want to add. If there are multiple SKUs for the product, you can select a specific SKU or select “Check All”.

2. Click Add & Close or Add & Search For More to add the products in the feature category.
