Abandoned Carts Report

The Abandoned Carts report provides detailed information on Shopping Carts that were abandoned by customers. The definition of an abandoned cart (for example, any cart left after 6 hours) is determined by your site implementation. Customer Service Representatives can use this valuable data to contact the customer and offer a coupon as an incentive to purchase, or to trigger a Marketier Autoresponse.

Depending on the reporting period, the same customer can appear the report more than once.

Select Reports > Abandoned Carts or the Abandoned Carts subtab.

Abandoned Carts Report

Column

Description

Full Name

The name of the website visitor or customer.

Cart Total

The total dollar amount of all items contained in the Shopping Cart at the time it was abandoned.

Email Address

The email address used when the customer created an account.

Abandoned Date

The date cart was abandoned without purchase.
