The Abandoned Carts report provides detailed information on Shopping Carts that were abandoned by customers. The definition of an abandoned cart (for example, any cart left after 6 hours) is determined by your site implementation. Customer Service Representatives can use this valuable data to contact the customer and offer a coupon as an incentive to purchase, or to trigger a Marketier Autoresponse.
Depending on the reporting period, the same customer can appear the report more than once.
Select Reports > Abandoned Carts or the Abandoned Carts subtab.
