The Low Inventory Alerts container displays by default; showing all items that are below the inventory alert threshold set up by the administrator for the Product Catalog. (This threshold can be changed in the site settings.)

Column	Description
Product Name	The name of the product, derived from the SKU.
Qty	The total number of items remaining in inventory.

 

The Products Missing Categories report provides a list of products that do not have at least one navigational category. This report enables an administrator to go back and assign a category to the product so it is then visible on the front-end site.

• Click the Product Management tab

• Click the Products Missing Categories subtab.

The report shows if a product is active in the database. Active products should be fixed immediately to display in a navigational category in the store Catalog.

 

The SKUs Missing Images report identifies SKUs where an image was inadvertently deleted or not uploaded. To access,

• Click the Product Management link

• Click the SKUs Missing Images subtab.

Column	Description
Product Name	The full product name for display on the Product Detail page.
SKU Name	The name assigned to the individual SKU that is missing an image.
SKU	The SKU number assigned to the product name.
Is Active	The product/SKU is currently active in the database.
Is Online	The product currently appears online without an image.
