Sales Reports

iAPPS Commerce sales activity include Sales by Category, Sales by Product, Sales by Region, and Sales by Promotion Code.

Select Reports > Sales.

Details on which data is available in each of the reports is below.

Sales by Category

The Sales by Category report is displayed by default. The categories listed in this report correspond to the navigation categories displayed along the left of the front-end site; for example Audio, TV, and Computers.

Sales by Category
Column	Description
Navigation Category	You can drill down to view detailed sales by category information by clicking any of the links in the Navigation Category column.
# of Orders	Number of orders placed per navigation category.
Quantity	Quantity of products sold per navigation category.
%Total Qty	Percentage of the total inventory sold.
Total	Total dollar amount of sales across all navigational categories.
%Total $	Percentage of total money across all navigational categories.

Sales by Product

The Sales by Product report displays sales information by product across all navigation categories:

Click the Sales by Product subtab

Sales by Product
Column	Description
Product Name	Corresponds to products on the front-end product list page, including individual and Bundled products.
Navigation Category	Corresponds to the navigation categories on the front-end, for example, Audio, TV, Computers, etc.
Quantity	Quantity of products sold per category.
% of Total Qty	Percentage sold of total inventory.
Total	Total monetary amount sold for that Product Type.
% Total	Percentage of total sales in date range for that Product Type.
Details	Hover over the icon to see a description of that Product Type.

Sales by SKU

The Sales by SKU report shows sales information based on individual SKU numbers. To view:

Click the Sales tab

Click the Sales by SKU subtab

Sales by SKU
Column	Description
SKU Title	Short Description of Product
SKU	SKU Number
Quantity	The amount sold
%Total Qty	Percentage of that SKU’s sales compared to total sales
Total	Total Value of items sold
% Total	That SKU’s percent of total sales value for the period
# of Orders	How many orders per SKU

Sales by Region

The Sales by Region report shows sales information based on the destination shipping address. To view Sales by Region:

Click the Sales tab

Click the Sales by Region subtab

Sales by Region
Column	Description
Country Name	Name of Country or US state(as a subtotal)
Country/State Code	US, UK, MA, NH, CT, etc.
Total	Total dollar sales per country or state for the date range
# of Orders	Total number of orders per country or state for the date range

Sales by Promotion Code

The Sales by Promotion Code report shows sales information by promotion code categories:

Click the Sales by Promotion Code

Sales by Promotion Code
Column	Description
Name	Name associated with the promotion
Code	Code used for discount
# of Orders	Number of orders using this promotion code for the date range
Total Discount	Total dollars (or other currency) of discount applied for all orders in the date range
