Managing Subscriptions

Manage Subscriptions allows you to manage Marketier contacts who have unsubscribed to your emails. From here, you can re-subscribe contacts to all or specific emails and to export lists of contacts based on the email from which they unsubscribed.

Prior to managing subscriptions, ensure you've collected the email addresses of the contacts whose subscriptions you want to update.

To access the screen, select Contacts > Manage Subscriptions.

From Manage Subscriptions you can:

• Re-subscribe contacts to all emails or to select ones
• Export lists of contacts based on the email from which they unsubscribed.

Re-subscribing Contacts

To re-subscribe contacts to all or to specific emails, follow these steps:

1. Select Contacts > Manage Subscriptions.
2. The Manage Subscriptions container appears:

3. Enter the email address of a contact to re-subscribe to emails and click Add.
