Marketier User Roles and Permissions

User roles and their corresponding permissions determine what content management, site management, or user management tasks you can perform in iAPPS Marketier.

User roles allow you to provide individuals in your organization varying levels of access to Marketier functionality. This is useful for creating Workflows where a number of users may have specific roles in the management of your iAPPS installation or email programs.

The table below provides an overview of the different user roles and the tasks each role has permissions to perform. A user might have one, several, or all of the user roles and permissions shown in the table.

Marketier Basic User Roles
User Group	Permissions
Marketier Admin	All iAPPS Marketier functionality except Site Administrator functions
Library Admin	Managie all libraries except email templates.
Site Administrator	Manage links, workflows, users and user groups, Salesforce.com settings.
Installation Administrator	Manage users and site settings
Global Campaign Approver Global Publisher	Add campaigns, editing campaigns they created, assessing campaign effectiveness, managing contacts and distribution lists.
Marketer	All iAPPS Marketier email and response campaign functionality but not Administrative functionality such as managing users or workflows. They can only edit campaigns that they have created.
