Metadata Refinements (Search)

Metadata can be used to refine and filter search results. This feature will likely only be used by developers.

To Add Metadata Refinements:

1. In Metadata Refinements (Administration > Search Configurations> Metadata Refinements), choose which index you want to add to from the drop-down list on the right.
2. Click Add New.
3. Enter the appropriate metadata Field Name in the textbox.
4. Choose a field type from the drop-down.
5. Click Save.
6. The Meta field will be added to the Refinements list.
