Watches Reports

Watches reports provide information regarding events that the administrator has tagged as Watched Events, such as:

• A particular file or image that was downloaded
• A client-side event that occurred in the user's browser.
• Rankings of the top viewed pages or assets

You (or your administrator) sets up Watched Events. See "Managing Watched Events".

Internal Search Reports

Internal Search reports show terms that visitors are searching for within your web domain. This report helps you determine if your site is set up for users to find what they need. For example, if you are selling sports jerseys, and visitors to your website are searching for “Sports team shirt,” you might clarify that clicking on the product page for a jersey is what they want to find. You could place a picture on the landing page, for example, so that people would see the shirt they wanted and not search for it.
