Customer Product Reviews

If your site allows customers to submit product reviews through the front-end site, you can monitor content before approving it for publication.

1. Select Product Reviews from the Store Manager menu in the Control Center:
2. Manage Product Reviews organizes reviews by Product Type:
3. It defaults to Product Reviews.   Here you can filter by keyword, date, products or status (approved, unapproved). 
4. You can also click the subtab Reviews Awaiting Approval to see at a glance any comments waiting to be approved.

5. To see the reviews for All Product Types, click in the drop-down box to get a product.  Use the navigation tree on the left to select Product Categories. You can also click All Product Types at the top of the tree to display all reviews.
6. Click Expand Tree to view all Product Categories.
7. Click the Search tab to search for a specific product.

For each Review, you can Approve/Unapprove, Delete or Edit.

8. Click Edit to bring up a popup with the comment text.

You can also read individual reviews or check Product Reviews in the list, and then use Bulk Action to Approve or Delete reviews.
