Managing Customer Payment Methods

Manage Payment Methods allows a CSR to manage how a customer pays.

To manage payment methods, you have several options.

• Right-click on a customer name in the View Customers page table and select Manage Payment Methods. OR
• If you are already in the Customer Details, select the Payment Methods subtab from the View Customers tab, OR
• Select Orders, choose an order and then click the Add Payment button in the Payments section.

Customer View:

To add or edit a payment method from within an order, click the Add Payment button or click the down arrow to open the Payments section.

Choose an existing method and edit the details of the Payment Method, Card Details and Address as appropriate.

Orders View:

4. Check Save Payment Information to have iAPPS save the payment details for future use.

Note: Managing payment methods from the Commerce Administration tool updates the same information that your customer can manage from his or her account on the front-end eCommerce site.
