The iAPPS Commerce Control Center and Dashboard

The Control Center displays by default when most users log in. It provides a dashboard of current activity on your Commerce site.

Some users, such as CSRs or Fulfillment Managers, may go directly to the Orders or Customers Screens instead.

The table below lists descriptions of the Control Center containers. Depending on your user role, you may not see all of the items below.

Commerce Dashboard
Information	Description
Reporting Date Range	Allows you to set the reporting period date range for the containers on the dashboard.
Top Reports	Top-Viewed Products, Top Purchased Products, Top Purchased Categories reports, which are snapshots of current activity in graphical form.
Today’s Summary	A snapshot of daily activity, including total sales, number of transactions, average transaction size, and the number of abandoned carts. See the Reports section for more information on this activity.
Financial Summary	Snapshot of total sales dollars week-to-date, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date. This information is displayed depending on your user role.
Product Inventory	Shows the products and quantity sold since the start of the reporting period. Information displayed depends on your user role.
Usage Summary	Chart to illustrate your site’s usage of pages, storage and bandwidth
