Managing Goals

This section explains how to useiAPPS Analyzer Goals functionality to create your marketing goals and manage them with the Smart Recommendation Engine. See "Introduction to Goal-Driven Marketing" for more information on goal-driven marketing concepts.

View All Goals

You can view all your Goals together on the View All Goals screen.(Goals > View All Goals).

From here you can right-click on a Goal Name in the grid to receive a context menu to

• Add a New Goal
• Edit an Existing Goal
• View Goal Data and Opportunities
• Edit Alerts for the Goal
• Make Active/Inactive
• Delete the Goal
