To add a new distribution list group, follow these steps:

1. Right-click in a row of the Manage Distribution Lists screen and select Add New Group.
   
2. A new line appears with blank, editable fields in the “List Name” and “Description” fields.
3. Enter a name for the distribution list group.
4. Enter a description of this group.
5. Click the Plus icon in the “Actions” column.
   A “new group added successfully” confirmation dialog appears.
6. Click OK.
7. The new distribution list group appears in Manage Distribution Lists.

You can edit an existing distribution list group to change its name or description.

To edit existing group details:

1. Right-click on a distribution list group and select Edit Group.  The “List Name” and “Description” fields become editable.
2. Edit the list group name or description and click the Plus icon in the “Actions” column to save changes.
   A “group updated successfully” confirmation dialog appears.
3. Click OK.
   The distribution list group changes appear in the Manage Distribution Lists screen.

You can change the status of an existing distribution list group to either active to inactive.

To change the status of distribution list group:

1. Right-click on it and select Make Active / Inactive.
2. The group’s status change appears in Manage Distribution Lists,
