Blog Comments is one of the containers that users can see in their Control Center Dashboard (if they have blog administrator permissions).
From here you can see the title of the last post and how many comments it has, as well as comment counts for previous posts.
Click Manage Blogs to go to the Blogs Library. See "Managing Blogs" for more information.
