The bottom half of the main iAPPS Content Manager Dashboard screen is related to the Site Activity Containers. See Customizing your Dashboard for directions on customizing which containers display on your screen.
When users are not in the dashboard they can access Blogs and Forms through the Manage Site Assets menu. Translation or Publishing Activity and Master Site updates can be reached through the Authoring Activity drop-down.
