The Dashboard
The containers, menu and quick link buttons available to you will depend on your user role and permissions. Not all users will see all options.
You can customize your Dashboard and choose up to 8 options to show as Quick Link buttons. Not all areas are available as Quick Link buttons. You can always reach other areas of the site by using the drop-down menu options. Your options for Quick Link buttons include:
Site Activity Containers you might see as part of your Control Center include:
Depending on your site permissions or role, you may not see all options.
The bottom half of the screen is devoted to the Site Activity Containers. See Customizing your Dashboard above for directions on customizing which containers display on your screen.
The Default timing for what displays in the Site Activity containers is the last 30 days, but users can choose other times ranging from today to the last 365 days or All. Choose a date from the drop-down menu on the left side of your Dashboard.
The Publishing Activity container gives a quick overview of Publishing Activity including any pages that require attention or are in workflow.
You can also easily reach a list of Draft Pages as well as those which have been recently published.
To see the main Publishing Activity screen, simply click on one of the numbers in the container's list, and the screen will open with that tab active.
You can also reach Publishing Activity by choosing Site Activity > Publishing Activity from the main menu at the top of the screen.

If you are a Content Administrator, you can toggle between all activity on the site or just your own activity. Other users only see their own activity.
The blog Comments container will tell you the last blog post published on the site, as well as total comments for the top two blogs (if you have more than one). Clicking Manage Blogs brings you to the Blogs Library screen.
Clicking on the latest post or the blog name under the Total Comments area will also bring you to the Blogs Library, but directly to that blog's node and post listings.
The Form Responses container shows you the most recent responses to forms being used on your site. Not all users will see this container, depending on their level of permissions.
The Translation Activity Container offers the following information
Clicking the number next to the status will bring you to the Translation Activity Screen with the tab for that status active.
The Master Sites Updates Container offers the following information

You can show a usage report for your site on the dashboard, showing limits and actual usage for overall bandwidth, page count and file storage space used. How much space you have depends on your license. If you are over your usage limits, the counts will show as red. If the usage is over, an administrator should remove files or pages or talk to an iAPPS representative about increasing limits. Otherwise your organization will be charged for overages.
