Managing Forms and Polls

To preview the exact appearance of a form or poll, follow these steps:

 

1. From the Forms Library (Manage Site Assets > Engagement Tools > Forms), highlight the name of an existing form and select Preview from the More Menu.
2. Content Manager displays the form / poll in a popup window:
3. Click Close when finished previewing.

 

 

To view a table of the poll or form results:

1. From the Forms Library (Manage Site Assets > Engagement Tools > Forms), highlight the name of an existing form and select View Results from the More Menu.

2. You can filter out fields for export if wished by using the field and date filters on the left.
3. Export the form results if you wish by
4. Click Forms in the breadcrumb to return to the Forms Library.

 

To delete a form or poll, follow these steps:

1. From the Forms Library (Manage Site Assets > Engagement Tools > Forms)
2. Highlight the name of an existing form and select Delete from the More Menu.

3. A dialog box appears, prompting you to confirm that you want to delete the form:
4. Click OK. Content Manager deletes the form and displays a success dialog.

 

To download attachments from a form that required or allowed users to include an attachment:

1. From the Forms Library (Manage Site Assets > Engagement Tools > Forms), highlight the name of an existing form and select Download Attachments from the More Menu.
2. A download attachments dialog appears, prompted you to download the attachments as a zipped file. You will need a zip file extractor (likely already installed on your computer) to open them.
3. Select the options you want for download or saving and click OK.
