iAPPS includes a number of engagement tools that allow you to engage with your website users. For Content Manager, these include

iAPPS Commerce also has additional engagement tools that allow website customers to leave reviews and rate products.

These features are designed to work together so that for example, a user who fills out a form designed in Content Manager can, if desired, be automatically placed in the iAPPS Database, so they can be used in Marketier Campaigns. The same is true for Commerce customers. This way you know you always have the most updated data.
