Form Responses

The Form Responses container on the Control Center Dashboard shows the most recent responses to forms being used the site. Not all users will see this container, depending on their level of permissions.

• You can see the responses for any individual form listed by clicking on the Responses links just under the form name.
• The Form Results screen for each form will show. You can filter or sort the responses by these options as well as exporting the submissions to Excel or as a simple CSV file.
• You can also jump straight to the Forms Library screen by clicking on the Manage Forms link. From there you will be able to add or edit Forms and Polls.
