Site Preview

iAPPS 5.0 has introduced a new feature known as Site Preview. Site Preview allows users to view the site, but not make any edits or changes, nor can they see any of the Administrative functions of iAPPS, such as libraries or the Control Center. Previewers can make comments on pages, however.

A previewer might be either an internal employee, such as a manager who needs to review changes, but not edit, or a user outside of your company, such as a design team or a partner.
