Working with Page Notes
Content Manager also includes a feature that allows you to create and store permanent notes about the page currently open in the Site Editor.
These notes are available to authors, workflow reviewers, and site previewers.
- For authors and editors, when you switch to Site Editor, the Page Notes will appear automatically.
- For Site Preview, the notes will appear when a user clicks on the notebook icon at the top right of the screen.
- If you are in Site Editor, you can drag and drop the Page Notes container around the screen, “pin” it open, or use the snap button to maximize or minimize the container.
- If you are not using the notes, they will fade into the background. If you want to hide them entirely, select .
