iAPPS Analyzer is optimized to integrate your web-analytic statistics with your marketing goals and campaigns. In order to solve more complex and sophisticated problems with iAPPS Analyzer, it’s important to familiarize yourself with all of the reports. Often, the data from multiple reports are used together to gain insight into how your site is functioning. Familiarity with what each report does, and combining the concepts of different reports together, will help in quickly understanding how your site is operating.
You control what is included in your analytic reports. iAPPS Analyzer allows you to view your web traffic through various filters
You can use the Administration > Export Setup menu item in to create an export of any report to which you have access. Since these reports are generated independently you cannot consolidate them with Export Setup; however if you choose Excel as the report format you can easily consolidate the reports with Excel.
iAPPS Analyzer gives you powerful tools to filter your data so that you can understand what factors are driving your conversion rates. Tools such as Scenarios and Watched Events can help you optimize your content to meet your marketing goals.
You can create a scenario from many different areas of interest by using pieces from multiple menus. For example, you might want to find out how many of your new visitors are actually buying a product. You can set up a scenario to answer this question.
First, you need to set up an Audience Segment for new visitors to your website. In iAPPS Analyzer Control Center, select Administration > Audience Segments.
Remember that only Administrators can create new Audience Segments.
Go to Site Analytics > Asset Watches > Content. This will allow you to view Files downloaded, images served and video views.
If you are not receiving reports on certain types of files, contact your developer to ensure that files types such as PDFs, DOCs or MP3s are in the iAPPS file handler to be tracked.
