Viewing Orders for a customer

To view orders placed for a customer, select the View Orders subtab from the View Customer screen.(Store Manager > Customer Service > Customers)

• Alternatively, right-click a customer name in the View Customers screen and select View Orders.
• Additional order information can be obtained through the Orders menu.See "Managing Orders"

Order transactions displayed for a customer can be filtered by keyword or order status. You can also select a date range.

Pick Tickets

Pick Tickets with warehouse instructions can be printed for each customer order.

1. Select an order, and then click Pick Ticket to display the information that can be printed. This form can be sent to the warehouse.
