Manual Price Sets

To create a manual Price Set:

1. Right-click the table in the Price Sets container and select Add Price Set.

2. Enter the appropriate information in the fields as noted in the Price Sets section. Click the plus button to save or the X to cancel and start over. See "Price Sets"

3. To add products, right-click the manual Price Set you just added and select Manage SKUs.

The Manage Price for SKUs container allows you to enter:

• A product name

• An SKU number

• The minimum quantity and maximum quantity

• The Price Set price.

• Right-click the Product field and select Add a SKU:

4. The Search and Add Products window is displayed, allowing you to select and add a product.
   1. To search, enter a keyword or product type and click Search. Check the box next to the product(s) to include it and click Add & Search for More or Add & Close as desired.
5. In the Manage Price Set SKUs screen, you will need to fill in quantities and pricing.

1. By default, a minimum quantity of “1” is entered. If you want more than one item, enter a value in the Minimum Quantity field. Optionally, set the maximum quantity.
2. Set the price in the Price Set Price field. The list price is indicated to help you determine the discount price for this Price Set.

6. Click Save to return to the Manage Price Sets container.

When you are creating the price set you need to also make sure that the price set is assigned to a group, for example “Everyone” if this promotion is available to all of your customers. If, for example, you want a On Sale Price set to work, then both the Group and the “On Sale” attribute in the Product SKU should be on for the price sets to function. If no customer group is assigned the Price Set cannot be used.
