1. Right-click on the name of distribution list group where you want to store the new list and select Add New List.
   
   The Manage List Contacts container appears:

2. Specify distribution list details as follows:
   

Distribution List Field	Description
List Name	Specify a name to uniquely identify this distribution list.
Tracking ID	An ID used to associate an auto-created distribution list with its source.
Type	Defaults to Manual.
Description	Specify information to identify the content or purpose of this list such as, the category of contacts that it contains or the email for which it was used.

3. You can add either individual contacts or other distribution lists to a Distribution List.
   
   
4. To select another distribution list to include within this one, click the arrow to expand the Distribution Lists to Include section

5. Click the checkbox beside each distribution list you want to include.
   
   
6. To add additional contacts not already in a list, click the down arrow to expand the Contacts to Include section.

7. Search for contacts to include. See "Searching Contacts" for details.
   
   Contacts matching your search criteria appear in the “Contacts Search Results” list.
   
   
8. Click the checkbox in the heading row of the “Contacts Search Results” list to select all contacts, or the checkbox beside any specific contacts in the distribution list.
   
   
9. Click Add to Selected Contacts.
   
   The selected contacts appear in the Selected Contacts List area.
   
   
10. Click Save.
    
    The Manage Distribution Lists screen reappears. Your new distribution list appears under the distribution list group in which you created it.
    
    
11. You can now use the list, tag it, edit its Contact list, archive it or export the list to Excel. Highlight the list name, right-click and choose the appropriate option from the context menu.

You can also adjust the contacts on an existing distribution list.

1. To add additional contacts to an existing list, highlight it the grid, right-click and select Manage Contacts.
2. In the Manage Contacts screen, search for additional contacts in the same way as when creating a new list (see above for details).
3. Click Save to preserve your changes.

You can change a distribution list name or description.

To edit the distribution list details:

• Right-click on a distribution list and select Edit List Info.
  The “List Name” and “Description” fields become editable.

• Edit the list name or description.

• In the “Actions” column, click Plus to save changes or X to cancel.
