Adding / Editing a Response

iAPPS Marketier provides a wizard for adding new responses.

The process of adding / editing a response involves the following major steps:

You can add a new response by right-clicking on an existing response with any status and selecting either:

When you select either of these options, the Add / Edit Response wizard appears. The Wizard walks you through all of the steps above to create your response.

Each response can contain more than one email. For example, if a customer makes a purchase, you can create a thank-you email that sends five minutes after the purchase and also create a follow-up email a month later querying if they are satisfied with the purchase.
