Finalizing / Placing a Manual Order

Once an order is completed, it must be placed and shipped.  This may or may not happen automatically, depending on how your company has its implementation of iAPPS Commerce set up. 

  1. When you finish entering all the order details including shipping addresses, coupons and payment, click Place Order on the top right of the screen.

  1. You should get a box that an email confirmation went out to the customer.  Once the order is placed, you can also email them a receipt.

  1. Email a receipt to the customer by clicking the Email Receipt button on the top side of the screen. 

(Note: you will be unable to see the Email Receipt button until the order is placed, as opposed to having the status of “Created.”

Note also how the Status of the Order has changed to OK, Manual Hold, or Back Ordered.

Otherwise, you must now ship the order. See "Shipping an Order Manually" for details.
